Messages

On the news feed you can post news messages. You can determine for each message which teams will see it on their feed. You can also add images, videos, files, polls and articles from the handbook.

Team members can react to a message. In the app, a manager or admin can see the message statistics, who has read the post, and send a reminder to those have not read it yet.
​

You can also send messages to your team members using the chat function. You can send a message to a team member, a team or a group that you created yourself. This way you keep all the communication in one tool. While scheduling or approving hours you can also have the chat open without having to leave the page, which is convenient if you have to ask someone a question about a certain shift you want to approve.
