This is what clock actions look like in the time registration.
During the clock action
As soon as team members clock in, an hour entry appears in the time registration. As long as the shift is ongoing, the time will continue to run.
You can also clock out or remove an ongoing clock action from the time registration. You can do this both in the app and web version.
After the clock action
After the shift, the team members clock out. The worked hours then immediately appear in Eitje. These hours also still need to be approved. The worked hours are adjusted to the rounding settings if these have been configured.
It may occur that you see this in the time registration. This means that the team member has forgotten to clock out, and that Eitjeopdevloer has done this automatically at a certain time. This time can be set in the settings of the time registration. The worked time becomes 0, because Eitje does not know how long the team member has actually worked. So it is important that these hours are adjusted before they are approved.
⚠️ Note: You prefer that team members are not clocked out automatically? Then you can adjust this in the settings.
Labour costs of the clock actions
In the financial overview in the app and in the revenue in the time registration, you immediately see the labour costs of the clock actions. This way, you can make live adjustments if necessary.
