Nmbrs - errors

It is possible you encounter issues when trying to activate the new Nmbrs integration with Eitje. Read here what to do.

Updated over 7 months ago

There are some issues with the activation of the new Nmbrs integration. This is due to technical difficulties in Nmbrs. They are aware of this and are working on a solution, but in the meantime you can use this workaround.

If you see one of these two error messages, follow the steps to solve this.

Invalid combination of user name / password

You get the message that your user name or password is invalid.

⚠️ Note: Don't try to fill out your data too many times, after a few tries, you will be blocked temporarily from logging in.

Due to a historical and technical reason, the consent screen does not recognise the password. To be able to integrate with Eitje, the password must be reset.

⚠️ IMPORTANT! Tread carefully! You must do this in the window you are directed to when you try to activate the integration in Eitje. If you do this on a different page, this won't work. So follow these steps:

  1. In Eitje, go to 'Data' > Integrations.

  2. Then click 'Add' under Nmbrs.

  3. You will be redirected to Nmbrs where you have to login to activate the integration.

  4. Then, in the window you are led to from Eitje, click on 'Recover account password'.

  5. Fill out your data and follow the steps from the email you receive.

  6. As soon as your password has been reset, go back to Eitje. Please do NOT refresh the page.

  7. Click 'Add' under Nmbrs.

  8. Fill out your data (with the new password)

  9. The integration is now activated.

Error

You see 'error'. This does not mean your data is incorrect. However, the system is getting stuck and is not working properly. It's important in this case to be patient and keep trying. Here are a few things you can try:

  1. We recommend opening an incognito window. Go back to Eitje and then to 'Data' > Integrations. Click on 'Add' under Nmbrs and try again.

  2. If that doesn't work, try using a different browser. Again, go to Eitje and then to 'Data' > Integrations. Click on 'Add' under Nmbrs and try again.

You can try as often as necessary. From experience, we know that it eventually works and then you can complete the integration as described in this article.

We understand that this is a frustrating issue, but unfortunately, this is the only solution for now. If you encounter another problem with activating the integration that is not described here, please contact support.
