Do you want to add a new location in Eitje? You can create a new 'venue'. In some rare cases it's more efficient to work with teams instead of venues. Wondering what works better for you? This article tells you more about the differences.
Add a new venue
Is your business already activated in Eitje, but are you ready to add a second location? Here's how to do it:
Navigate to 'Teams' > 'Venues and Teams' via the main menu.
A new window will open. Click on '+New' at the bottom.
Then click on '+ Environment'.
Enter the name of the new venue.
Select who will be the first administrator (Admin) of this venue You can also directly make multiple team members administrators.
Click on 'Save'.
Just 'Submit', and you're done!
The venue has now been added to your account. You can switch between them in the upper right corner. The new venue will also appear on several pages, including the planning, hours, and team pages. The next step is to create teams and invite team members to your new venue.
⚠️ Note: the billing and payment details of the venues are linked, creating one invoice for both. If you prefer separate invoices, go to menu in the top right corner > Company settings > Billing and invoices > Billing information. For more details, click here.
⚠️ Note: do you want to add a new venue that is not linked to your current one, via your current email address? Please contact our support.
Manage venues
In addition to adding a venue, you can also change the name. You do this as follows:
Navigate to 'Teams' > 'Venues and teams' via the main menu.
Select the venue.
Change the name, and click 'Save'.

It is not possible in Eitje to delete or deactivate a venue yourself. Please contact our support for this.
