Eldison is an app for operating and managing tailor-made equity programs.

One platform for all your needs
Every company has specific needs for running their motivation program and to use something that fully covers their terms. With in-house lawyers helping onboarding hundreds of employees to starting a new ESOP program from scratch and providing all necessary documents, this is what defines Eldison and what truly sets it apart from our competition and help us build a service that is open to a broader audience.

Integrations
Each company previously needed several different tools to be able to handle all the obligations and operations associated with their Option Plan. Using Eldison platform, you are able to synchronize all of your previous tools into one.
Working with a lot of companies, we started to fully integrate the Bamboo HR platform. It helps you to import all of your coworkers (employees) and make sure all the data are up to date, before creating an awarding process.
Google or Microsoft Sign-in integration

Tip: In case of termination, you don't lose the ability to see your assets, just change your credentials to your personal account.

Always up-to-date
Eldison platform always shows you only the most up-to-date data, which it collects in a clear dashboard on the home page. Company future projection, potential company value, smart filters and all the transactions you made, all the documents you reviewed and signed online.
Roles and permission
At the moment, we define three different kinds of roles. Operator, approval role and a regular user.
Operator
Operator has a clear view of all the participants. They can check their data, import company valuation and start awarding processes. Operator is usually a person from the HR or legal department, trying to organize the whole platform and make the experience as seamless as possible for the company employees.
As the number of your participants grows, a good operator is a key for your ESOP program.
