If you lost a charging card or chip, please make sure to inform us the first chance you get. You can do that via the app, the chat window on our website or by calling the Beast Customer Support number which can be found inside the app.

In the event any charging card/chip is lost or stolen, the User shall be obliged to pay the Beast a contractual penalty in the amount of EUR 50.
