We suggest that you don't let the battery fall under 30 kilometres of range in general.

All vehicles must have at least 40 kilometres of range upon return.

If the battery gets completely drained, make sure to reach out to us first. You can do that via the app, the chat window on our website or by calling the Beast Customer Support number which can be found inside the app.

The contractual penalty for completely draining the battery is EUR 300.
