In the Beast Rent app you can cancel your booking for free within the first 5 minutes. If you cancel after that, cancellation fees will be applied (50% of the rental’s minimum cost).

Pre-bookings can be cancelled for free atleast 48h before the rental starts. Cancelling after that incurs a fee equal to the daily price (24h) as per the price list. If you booked for more than 24 hours, the rest will be refunded to the default payment method added to your account.

To cancel a pre-booking, please contact customer support via the chat box on our beast.rent website or call our customer support line. Customer support phone number for your location can be found in the footer of our website or inside the app.
