In case the User causes any damage to a rim of the Vehicle, the User shall pay the Beast a contractual penalty in the amount of EUR 150 per one damaged rim with respect to Tesla Model 3 Standard Range Plus and in the amount of EUR 300 per one damaged rim with respect to Tesla Model 3 Long Range 19” rims or Performance 20” rims, all Tesla Model S, Model Y and Tesla Model X rims.
