If the screen won't turn on, switches off, or the car won't go into Drive, Neutral or Park, restart the screen:
Model 3 and Model Y: press and hold both scroll wheels on the steering wheel until the screen goes dark and restarts (about 10 seconds). You may see the airbag icon and hear clicks while it restarts.
Model S and Model X: press and hold both scroll wheels on the steering wheel to restart the main screen.
