Deposits are only refunded if the payment for the rental was successful. If the payment for the rental failed, the deposit will not be refunded until payment for the services has been received.

If the payment was successful, the deposit should be released back to your account in a few moments to an hour, in some circumstances it can take up to a few days depending on your banking provider.
