If the User fails to provide their personal data or provides false or inaccurate personal data, the registration of the User shall be deemed to be invalid. The User shall pay Beast a contractual penalty in the amount of EUR 1,500 upon submission of incorrect or inaccurate personal data and shall indemnify the Beast against all damages incurred as a result of provision of false or inaccurate personal data.
