If you allow someone else to drive during a rental that is associated with your personal user, you will still be fully responsible for everything in the event of an incident. Any additional drivers must have an account with a verified driver's license on our platform. The obligation to compensate for damage to the vehicle or the contractual penalties arising from the contract shall be borne by the responsible user.

The User shall use the Vehicle personally unless an Additional User has been added, verified and confirmed to use the Vehicle. The User shall not sublease the Vehicle, transfer the Vehicle to another person or allow another person to use the Vehicle without a prior written or clearly confirmed consent of the Beast. For the avoidance of doubt, the User shall be liable for and shall indemnify the Beast for any damage caused by any unauthorised driver of the Vehicle during the Vehicle Use Period.
