Introduction
The User Management display shows the entire user list associated with your Elemeno App instance (aka your institution's site).
Columns from left to right:
Gray check boxes - these check boxes are used to select users for the Resend Invitations workflow. Just select the box and then you can click Resend Invitations at the top of the page to resend invitations.
User's name - This is what the user entered, what the Site Manager entered, or what your SSO system entered when the user record was created.
Team - This is the team to which the user is assigned. Site Managers for your site can change this team affiliation as needed.
Users on your instance of the app can switch the team that they can view. This means that they can see another team's Home Page and library. This will not affect how information about that user is displayed in Reporting charts and dashboards.
Status - This is the status of the user record.
Last Active - This is when the user last logged into the site.
Details - click "View Details" to access the Edit User screen for the specific individual.
Status Definitions:
Registered - This user is fully registered and can access the site.
Invited - This user has been manually added to the database but has not yet logged in and established their account.
Deactivated - This user is no longer active and can not access your site. Site Managers do not have permission to deactivate users. Please contact your CSM to have users deactivated.

Accessing User Management Tools
To access the site Manager's Tools, go to the Profile drop-down menu and select "Site Manager's Tools"
Select Users in the left-hand navigation menu.
Sorting Columns
Click on the header to sort the column of your choice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: My site is part of a system that has multiple Elemeno instances (aka "sites"). Can users in my system access multiple instances?
A: Yes, and they can use the same login for all instances. To switch instances, they should go to their Profile and select "Change Sites" from the drop-down menu.
