Roles and Permissions Matrix | Elemeno Site Manager Help Center

Each Elemeno user has specific permissions that allows them access to features and functionality on the Elemeno platform.

All roles have access to the "end-user" features and functionality in the Elemeno app. Lead roles have additional permissions that allow them to take various administrative actions.

Role	Permissions
User	Access to the Elemeno app. No access to Site Manager's tools.
Comms Lead	Publisher for Team Communications, including announcements and newsletters. Limited access to Library Management. No access to Reporting or User Management.
Content Lead	Full access to Library Management to request, review, and promote library content. Full access to Reporting. No access to Team Communications or User Management.
Insights Lead	Full access to Reporting, including dashboards and engagement metrics. No access to Library Management, Team Communications, or User Management.
User Management Lead	Full access to User Management. Can invite, edit, and deactivate users. No access to Library Management, Reporting, or Team Communications.
Site Lead	Full access to all Site Manager's Tools.
