How signing in works
Your Elevien account is tied to your phone number. When you sign in, we send a one-time verification code by SMS, and on the login screen you can also choose delivery via WhatsApp.
The code did not arrive
Double-check the phone number and the country code - this is the most common cause.
Wait at least a minute, then request a new code.
Try the WhatsApp delivery option - in some countries mobile operators block bulk SMS, while WhatsApp delivery works fine.
Check that your phone is not filtering messages (spam folder, blocked unknown senders, focus mode).
Set up a password so you don’t depend on SMS
After you sign in with SMS or WhatsApp, set up a password for faster, more reliable future logins:
Log in using the SMS code.
Go to My Profile (upper-right corner).
Select Set up password, enter your password and save.
Next time, choose "Log in quicker with password" instead of SMS.
