Hey beautiful souls! We're constantly working behind the scenes to bring you the best experience possible with the Elizabeth April app. Keeping your app updated ensures you have access to all the newest features, improvements, and the smoothest journey through your spiritual insights!

Here's how to make sure you're always running the latest version:

Updating on iPhone (iOS) - Using TestFlight

For our iOS users, the EA app is distributed through Apple's TestFlight program. This allows us to bring you exciting new updates and features regularly!

  1. Download TestFlight (if you haven't already): If this is your first time joining our beta program, you'll need to download the TestFlight app from the Apple App Store.

  2. Joining the Beta Program (First Time): If you're joining our beta program for the very first time, please use the special invitation link provided to you. This link will guide you through the initial setup within TestFlight.

  3. Updating Your App: If you already have TestFlight and the EA app installed:

    • Simply open the TestFlight app on your iPhone.

    • You should see the "Elizabeth April Inc." app listed.

    • If an update is available, you'll see an "Update" button next to it. Tap this button to install the latest version!

Updating on Android

For our Android users, updating is a straightforward process to ensure you have the freshest version of the app:

  1. Uninstall the Current Version: First, you'll need to uninstall the version of the Elizabeth April app currently on your device. You can usually do this by long-pressing the app icon and dragging it to "Uninstall," or by going to your device's Settings > Apps > Elizabeth April > Uninstall.

  2. Install the Latest Version: Once uninstalled, please use the specific download link provided to you to install the newest version of the app.

Clearing Your App Cache (Troubleshooting)

Sometimes, if the app is behaving a little quirky, clearing the cache can work wonders! Think of it like a quick refresh for the app.

  • For iPhone (iOS):

    • Fully close the app: Swipe up from the bottom of your screen (or double-click the home button) to see your open apps, then swipe the EA app upwards to close it completely.

    • Restart your phone: A classic fix that often works!

    • Delete and Reinstall: If issues persist, deleting the app entirely and then reinstalling it through TestFlight is the most thorough way to clear everything and start fresh.

  • For Android:

    • Go to your device's Settings.

    • Tap on "Apps" or "Applications."

    • Find and select the "Elizabeth April" app from the list.

    • Tap on "Storage."

    • You'll see options for "Clear Cache" and "Clear Data." Please tap "Clear Cache." DO NOT tap "Clear Data," as this will delete your app settings and potentially your download history.
