How to Delete Your Account

If you would like to delete your Elizabeth April account, our support team is here to help you through the process.

Before You Request Deletion

Please make sure you have completed the following before requesting account deletion:

  1. Cancel any active subscriptions - If you have an active Awakener, Creator, or GFL subscription, please cancel it first to avoid future charges. You can cancel from your Account page or by contacting support.

  2. Download any purchased content - Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to any purchased videos, courses, or recordings. Please download anything you would like to keep beforehand.

  3. Redeem any remaining Lightcodes or Store Credit - Check your Lightcode balance and Store Credit before deletion.

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account, please send a message to our support team with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • The email address associated with your account

  • Confirmation that you would like your account permanently deleted

Our team will process your request and confirm once your account has been removed. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

  • All personal data associated with your account will be removed

  • Access to all purchased content, courses, and recordings will be permanently revoked

  • Any active subscriptions will be canceled

  • Your Lightcode balance and store credit will be forfeited

  • This action cannot be undone
