Having trouble with a pending payment? Follow these steps to resolve it and access your purchased content.
Instructions Below to Resolve Pending Payments:
Step 1 - Make sure you are logged into the EA account you processed your order with
Step 2 - Once logged in, Go to your 'My Account' Section HERE
Step 3 - Then go to the 'Invoices' section HERE
Step 4 - In the status column, you will see the 'Pending Payment' status
Step 5 - In the Action column, click the 'Complete Payment' button
Step 6 - Follow the steps to complete your payment by adding your payment method.
Step 7 - Once your payment has been completed, you will have access to your order resources by clicking on your completed invoice or selecting the 'My Orders' option from your Account Dashboard.
