Find out how to resolve pending payments and gain access to your purchased content.

Having trouble with a pending payment? Follow these steps to resolve it and access your purchased content.

Instructions Below to Resolve Pending Payments:

  • Step 1 - Make sure you are logged into the EA account you processed your order with

  • Step 2 - Once logged in, Go to your 'My Account' Section HERE

  • Step 3 - Then go to the 'Invoices' section HERE

  • Step 4 - In the status column, you will see the 'Pending Payment' status

  • Step 5 - In the Action column, click the 'Complete Payment' button

  • Step 6 - Follow the steps to complete your payment by adding your payment method.

  • Step 7 - Once your payment has been completed, you will have access to your order resources by clicking on your completed invoice or selecting the 'My Orders' option from your Account Dashboard.
