To access your order, please ensure you are LOGGED-IN to your EA account. Otherwise clicking on the links from your email WILL NOT WORK!
Instructions Below to Gain Access:
Step 1 - Go to the Login page HERE with the same email address you used to purchase your order.
Step 2 - Once logged in, Go to your "My Account" Section HERE
Step 3 - Then go to "My Orders" HERE
Step 4 - Click the drop-down option in the Actions Column to reveal your order downloads. Click Watch which will open up the video. You will be able to download the video by clicking this icon in the video window pane HERE.
You can even search for your orders by typing in keywords in the Search Feature or using the calendar option to select date ranges to find your orders.
Note: If you're having issues logging in we recommend opening up a private window (Incognito) to gain access or try clearing your browser cache. Instructions on how to clear your browser cache can be found HERE.
