Having trouble watching videos on your EA membership account? Follow these steps to ensure smooth viewing based on your membership level.

Make sure you are logged into your EA membership account. This step is very important for you to gain access to your available content.
GFL Summits, Workshop Videos and content marked with the navy Paid Content Tags
are NOT included with ANY membership level.
Seeker Level Membership
As a Seeker, you have access to a range of videos without the need to upgrade!
Look for the Seeker level tag in purple above the thumbnail
Videos with the Seeker tag should play smoothly without upgrade prompts
If you see a teal Awakener tag or pink Creator tag, you will have access for about 90 seconds before being prompted to upgrade
