Notifications setup

Notifications Types:

  • Consolidated Notifications: All notifications in one pop-up for simplicity.

  • Hardware Alerts: Send notifications on email if any hardware gets Disconnected.

  • Browser Notifications: Separate browser alerts for each order.

  • SMS Notifications:Send all new order notifications on your Phone Number.(Paid)

  • Email Notifications: Sends an email for each new order, recommended for environments with infrequent orders.

  • Kitchen Bell: Sound notification for live order screens, suitable for kitchens.

  • Persistent Notifications: Continues to alert until acknowledged, ideal for environments where orders might be missed if not immediately seen.

Key FAQ- Why is a user not receiving email notifications when they have been set up on the platform? Answer: Because the user did not accept the invitation on their email so the invitation may have been sent to Junk. You can tell when a user is not fully set up as they will have a ‘re-invite’ yellow button besides their name

2. Editing User Notifications + Extra Permissions

  • Select the user you wish to modify and click "Edit" in the action section.
