X Report
The X Report is:
A live snapshot of sales since the start of a shift
Does not reset totals
The X Report includes the following key sections to help you analyze your sales:
1. Sales Summary
A breakdown of sale:
Gross Payments
Costs
Net Sales
Card
Cash
2. Sales by Reporting Category
Analyze your sales performance across predefined categories, allowing you to identify trends and opportunities.
3. Sales by Menu Item
Detailed insights into the performance of individual menu items.
4. Sales by Menu
A summary of total sales by each menu, helping you understand which menus are driving revenue.
5. Sales by Service Type
View sales by service type, such as dine-in, takeaway, or delivery, to better understand customer preferences.
6. Refund Details
A detailed breakdown of all refunds processed during the selected time period. With order number and amount.
Can be downloaded via CSV or PDF file all the sections. On the Top you can see CSV and PDF buttons. Click on it and all section will be downloaded.
