Analytics and Reporting
The Analytics and Reporting button is found on your eMenu dashboard. This section helps you understand sales performance, payments, trends, and reconciliation.
Reporting Page
When you click Analytics and Reporting, the first page you see is the Reporting page.
Selecting a Time Period
At the top of the page you can:
Select a start date and time
Select an end date and time
This allows you to generate reports for the exact period you need.
Time Zone Warning
If the system detects a different time zone:
A red warning message will appear
Click the gear button
Select and save the correct time zone
This ensures all reports are accurate.
What This Page Shows
The main reporting page displays a full sales overview including:
Total orders
Gross payments
Payments before fees
Payments after fees
Average order value
Known customers
Tips
Refunds
Cash payments
Incomplete orders and their value
Discounts used and their value
Sales Trends and Products
When you scroll down you will see:
A daily revenue chart
Shows sales increases and drops over time
Top 8 products
Displays the most purchased items and their total sales
Downloading the Report
At the bottom of the page you can:
Download the report as a PDF
