To start, click on "Drip Campaigns" on the left side menu bar or on your Emissary's dashboard.
Click on "Create campaign". Give it a name (Note: this will also be a tag on each conversation after the campaign is sent).
By default, there is an option marked "Stop sequence if the recipient replies". This will stop sending the sequence of messages once the candidate responds. You can disable this if you'd like the recipient to receive all messages.
On the next screen, you will start creating the sequence of messages to be sent. You can write up to 5 different messages inside the same campaign. You will also decide the waiting period between each message (you can choose between minutes, hours, or days) and can include any variables to use inside the messages. After creating each message, remember to hit the button "Save".
The next step is for you to add the recipients. You can either choose between a CSV file containing all information (including variables) or on your Emissary's contact list.
Once you upload a file, the system will check if they are all valid and flag you with any duplicates or bad numbers you might have. You can skip them and continue sending the campaign. You can also choose to personalize the messages and select the variables to be imported.
If necessary, you can import more files or select more numbers from your contact list by clicking on "add recipients" and redo the last step as many times as necessary to create your final list. Once finished, click on the "next step" to decide the date and time for the sequence to be started.
You can pick a date and time in the future or use the "Launch now" feature. This will start sending messages right after you hit "Save".
After you save the campaign, you can refer to the next screen to follow the steps of it. You can also change the content and add more recipients after the campaign starts. Simply click on "Pause campaign" and edit the information. Don't forget to reactivate the campaign once your editing is done.
