I paid but I can't access my account — what do I do?

What to do if you've paid but can't access or log in to your Empowered account.

If you paid for Empowered but cannot log in or access your account, your account registration may not have been completed.

Why this happens

After payment, you receive an email with a registration link to create your account. If you did not click that link, your account was not fully set up — even though your payment went through.

How to fix it

Just share your account email here and our team will send you a new registration link so you can complete your setup and access all content right away.

Already created your account but still can't log in?

You may need to reset your password. Let us know your account email and we'll send you a reset link straight away.
