Seeing a charge after you cancelled can be confusing, but it's almost always explained by one of the two reasons below.
Bank authorization & settlement delay
When a payment is processed, your bank first reserves (authorizes) the funds and then settles the transaction a few days later. If your cancellation happened between those two steps, the charge may appear to post after your cancellation date — even though it was initiated beforehand. This is a normal part of how card and PayPal payments work and is not a new charge.
Retry for a previously failed payment
If a payment for your last subscription period was declined at the time it was due, our payment system will automatically retry it. Because the charge covers a period you were already subscribed to, it can be retried even after you have cancelled — your cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not cancel amounts already owed for past periods.
