To enter the platform, you must have a username and a password.

If it's your first time, you need to create your password, that's means you don't have a password yet. In this case, click here to see the steps.

If you are already registered, have entered the platform once before and have forgotten your password or you want to change it, you can do it on web or mobile App. 

Reset password on Web

On the login page you must click on the link,"Forgot your password?"

Then, you must enter the email address with which you have registered to the platform and press "Send". A message will appear indicating that a reset email was sent to your mailbox.

This email contains a link to reset the password. If you can't find it in the "Inbox" box, check in the spam or spam box.

The email link will take you to a page where you can retrieve the password by typing your new platform login password. Once this process is done by clicking on GO you enter the platform again with your username and new password.

If you do not have the apps installed on your phone, download them now from the following links:

First enter the email with which you are registered on the platform and, if requested, the subdomain of the platform (URL).

After pressing the "Next" button a screen will open for you to enter your password. On this screen, you will see the "Forgot your password?" button, where you can start the process to reset it.

When you start it, a unique 6-digit code will be sent to your email box. Put that code in the app and choose a new password!
