Here's how to get an overview of all your colleagues in your store & remove former employees.

Step 1 - Head into the 👤"Profile" section of your app

​Step 2 - Scroll down to the "Colleagues" tab & select "See all"

You now see all colleagues connected to your store.

Missing someone? Make sure to refer them & earn $2 for every referral.

Simply select the "Refer a colleague" button.

​Step 3 - Flag Users

If you want to remove a former employee, simply click on the 🚩red flag next to their name & select the reason on why you want to remove them.

The former user will be removed from your store within 24-48 hours.

❓FAQ

What if my colleague uses ENDVR but doesn't show up in my app?

In that case your colleague might be in a different store.

Compare your store name with your colleagues ones & submit a request to change if needed. Learn how to change your store here.

What happens with a user once they got flagged?

Once flagged, a user will be removed from your store, but still has access to ENDVR and their earned rewards.

Why is my location named "No Store"?

This means you got removed from your previous store, most likely because you switched stores in the past.
