Have you recently moved stores or are there some changes that occurred to your current store?

Find out below how to easily change or update your store.

Step 1 - Head into the⚙️settings tab of your app


Step 2 - Click on "Store"

This is where your current store will show up.


Step 3 - Change or update your store


Change store


Search for the location & name of your store.

Once found, we require you to submit your "Proof of Employment" INCLUDE LINK to verify you are working at the selected store.

You will get added to your new store within 24-48 hours.

Update store


Provide us with the actual store name & address and include more information if necessary, and we will review your request within 24-48 hours.


❓FAQ

Will my earned funds still be available in my new location?

Yes, your funds will still be available to cash out, even after switching stores.

Will my rewards still be available?

Yes, you can still access all your rewards

Will I lose access to campaigns?

Depending on the targeting for your new store, you might lose your current campaigns.

Please be aware that brands are responsible for the campaigns available for a store, which may differ for different locations.
