Mastering the Campaign Scheduler

Planning for Success

Updated yesterday

Take control of your timeline with the Campaign Scheduler. Build your content today and automate your launch for when you need it to be live. With precise start and end triggers, managing a multi-brand strategy has never been easier.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tips for Success:

  • The "Safety Net" Strategy: Set both an End Date and a Budget Limit. This dual-trigger approach protects your spend while ensuring your campaign stays relevant to your window.

  • Sync with the Newsfeed: Once your campaign is schedule, maximize your impact by launching a Newsfeed post announcing when your campaign goes live. It’s the best way to build excitement and drive immediate traffic as soon as your campaign launches.

Learn how to Schedule your campaign below

Step 1
Once you're ready to launch your campaign, click on ''next'' to choose when your campaign will go live.

Step 2 - Select 'Schedule For Later' and click on 'Next'.

Step 3 - Select the criteria on when the campaign should end
This can be a specific date, when the budget or codes run out, or you can select multiple ways and whatever has been reached first will end your campaign.

Criteria = Budget or Code

If you choose either "Budget" or "Codes" as the end date criteria, you only have to specify the start date and time for your campaign.

Criteria = End date
If you opt for "End Date" as the end date criteria, you must indicate both the start date and time, as well as the end date and time for your campaign.

Step 5 - Schedule your campaign

Once ready, select ''schedule'' to save your campaign

Step 6 - Campaign got successfully scheduled

Your new scheduled campaign will now show up as "scheduled" in your "campaigns" tab.
