On ENDVR, you get engagement visibility from all stores down to an individual employee at one of your partner stores. To see how the engagement & performance at the store level, follow these steps.

Step 1 - Click on Stores in the left-hand menu.

​Step 2 - Now you can search for a specific store to see their engagement in your campaigns.
​

Step 3 - Select the store to see the engagement per user.
​
​

Step 4 - To see all the different campaigns you've launched to this store, click on the 'Campaigns' tab next to users.

​​Step 5 - Click on a campaign to see the engagement of the store for this specific campaign
