How to Manage the Employees in Your Store - Retailer

In the Employees tab, you can view all employees associated with your store(s), see how many missions each employee has completed, change their roles, remove them from your store, and more.​

In this help guide, we will guide you on how to invite new employees to join your location and how to remove employees who no longer work at your store. You'll also learn how to Edit their Role, and move them to another store.


​First, you may head to your Employees Tab​


Adding Employee

Step 1 - Employee Tab
Head to your Employees Tab which is located under the Retail Network tab

Step 2 - Select ''Invite Employee ''
Located in the top right corner of your page


Step 3 - Store selection

To invite new employees, select a store from your location list. Only one store can be selected at a time, so repeat the process for each additional store.



Step 3 - Add Employee

You can send invitations individually or in bulk.

Individual Invitation

  • Enter the employee's name

  • Enter their email address

  • Select their role



​​Multiple Invite

  • Download the template

  • Upload your list.​



Note
Once invitations are sent, employees will receive an email with a link to download the app from the App Store or open it directly if it's already installed.

Removing Employee


Step 1 - From the Store Tab or the Employee Tab

From the Employee Tab, you may select the three dots next to the User and select Block

Store Tab
From the Store tab, you can Select Block next to the user.

Edit Role

Step 1 - Employee Tab
Head to your Employees Tab which is located under the Retail Network tab

Select the Three Dots

Step 2 - Role Change
Click on "Edit Role" to update your employee role. ​


Step 3 - Select Role
You have four roles to choose from​

  • Sales Associate

  • Store Manager/Owner

  • Brand Sales Rep

  • Other

Move to another store


Step 1 - Employee Tab
Head to your Employees Tab which is located under the Retail Network tab

Select the Three Dots



Step 2 - Select '' Move to another Store''

Step 3 - Move your employee to another location
Click on "Move to another store" to move your employee to another location that you own. This other store would need to be linked to your Retailer Portal​

Employee Report

The employee tab gives an overview of your employee performance​


But selecting a specific employee in the retailer dashboard allows you to access data and insights on your employees with just a simple click.
