Learn how to create a new store for your retail group
As an admin at an ENDVR For Retailer Account, you can create new stores for your organization at any time. We'll show you how easy it is here!
Step 1 - Click on your STORES page in the left-hand menu
Step 2 - click on 'Create Store' in the upper right-hand corner
Step 3 - Add an Image
Add an image for the store (your logo) by dragging and dropping an image in, or by selecting one from your media library. Note that you batch upload images & videos to your media library at any time.
Step 4 - Add a store name.
We recommend using a name and location identifier that would be easily recognizable by both your brands approving this store and employees looking for their location. Example: Jimmy's Eyewear Pasadena.
Unlocked Store 🔓
In an unlocked store, employees are free to join without asking for permission. They can simply download the app, search for their location, and join. Note that at any time, you'll have the option to remove them from their location. Learn how here.
Locked Store🔒
In a locked store, employees need to request to join their location, and that request must be approved by either an admin, or Store Manager associated with that location Learn how here.
Once approved, they will have access to all content available for their store. Just as above, you can remove them from their location at any time.
Whether your store access is Locked or Unlocked, you can always invite employees directly to their location. Learn how here.
Step 5 - Add your URL (Optional)
Step 6- Add all the relevant industries to your store
It is important to only select those that are applicable to ensure you can connect with the right brands, and avoid getting distracted by brands from other retail verticals.
Step 7 - Enter your store address
Like above, this is important to ensure brands can properly identify & target your stores with their campaigns...and for your employees to ensure they're joining the right store.
Step 8 - Set it Available
Hit the button 'Set it Available' and you're done! Now, employees can join your store & you can invite employees to join.
