How to Reject Entries in the Brand Portal

Rejections Made Easy: Editing Decline Reasons

You're reviewing your pending submission in the Brand Portal, but the rejection pre-determined text doesn't match the reason why you're rejecting the entry? No worries, you can easily edit or type the reason you want in just a few clicks.

NOTE ❗
Only available for Retail Ops campaign. Sales incentive campaigns are reviewed by the ENDVR Verified Sales Team

Understanding Verified Sales



Step 1 - Pending Tab
Select the Thumbs down from the Pending Tab in order to edit the Text


Step 2 - Rejection Reason
Select the rejection reason that align with why the entries is being rejected.


💡 If none apply, select Others




Step 3 - Rejection Description
Please provide the reason for rejecting the entry. We recommend being clear and concise, and offering guidance on what should be done for future submissions.
