Give your store a voice. If there's a brand you carry that isn't running campaigns yet, or one that is, but could be doing more, use Request a Campaign to let them know exactly what kind of support you need.
Your request goes directly to the brand, so the more specific you are, the better your chances of getting something live.
π© How to Request a Campaign
Step 1 - Find the Request a Campaign button
Step 1 - Find the Request a Campaign button
You can start a campaign request from two places in your Retailer Portal:
Step 2 - Select the type of campaign you want
Step 2 - Select the type of campaign you want
Choose the campaign type that fits what your store needs:
Sales Incentive π° - When products aren't moving as fast as you'd like. Brand-funded rewards give your team a reason to push the products that matter.
Digital Education π - When your associates need to speak with confidence about a brand's technical or premium products.
Consumer Cashback ποΈ - When shoppers are comparing your floor price to online. Cashback helps close the sale in-store.
Step 3 - Select the brands you want to request from
Step 3 - Select the brands you want to request from
Search for and select the brands you want to reach. Each brand will show a status:
Connected β - The brand is already on ENDVR and connected to your store.
Not Connected β - The brand is on ENDVR, but not yet connected to your store.
New = Not on ENDVR π - The brand isn't on the platform yet. You can still send a request and ENDVR will reach out to invite them to join.
Click "Add "Brand name"" in order to select the brand that is not on ENDVR yet and it will be added to the list of selections and show the status of "New".
For brands not on ENDVR, you will have to input a contact email.
Once you've made your selections, you'll see a summary showing how many brands fall into each category before you proceed.
π‘ Note: If you selected Sales Incentive and started from a specific brand's profile, you'll also have the option to select which product or products you'd like the incentive to focus on. The more specific you are, the easier it is for the brand to act on your request.
Step 4 - Make your case
Step 4 - Make your case
Write a message to the brand explaining why you're requesting this campaign and what it would mean for your store. Be specific! Share what's selling, what's not, and what kind of support would move the needle.
π‘ Note: If you've selected multiple brands, the same message will be sent to all of them. Keep your message relevant across the board, or send separate requests if you need to tailor your pitch by brand.
π Tracking Your Pending Brand Requests
If you submitted a campaign request to a brand you are not already connected to, you can track that request in the portal.
Go to Retail Network > My Brands and look for the Requested tab to see brands you've sent connection requests to, so you'll always know what's in flight and you can also cancel the request if you wish.
