Employee ID Explained

Want to make sure that only employees working at your store have access to your location on ENDVR? We’ve made the process seamless—just upload a simple file, and you're all set!

There are a few simple steps to follow, which are explained below.


Account Number

This field is optional and can be used to enter any internal store ID or account number you use within your systems. It’s helpful for distinguishing between your different store locations.


Step 1 - Stores Tab
From your Dashboard, you want to select your ''Stores'' Tab

Step 2 - Store Selection
After selecting your store, by clicking on it, you can update the account number



Step 3 - Account Number
Here you want to select '' Add Account Number'', which will open a pop-up Window

You may enter your store account/ID and hit Confirm

Employee ID - Store By Store upload

Step 1 - Stores Tab
From your Dashboard, you want to select your ''Stores'' Tab

Step 2 - Store Selection
After selecting your store, by clicking on it, you can update the employee ID's for this specific location



Step 3 - Employee ID
Here you want to select ''Update Employee ID'', which will open a pop-up Window



Step 3 - Upload
Upload your list of Employees Ids.

Deadline Validation
After this date, users must submit their ID to continue using the app, as they will be temporarily locked out until the ID is provided.


Step 4 - Success
After clicking the Confirm button, your list will be processed and will take effect once completed.

Employee ID - Multiple Store upload

Step 1 - Settings
Locate and select the Settings tab.



Step 2 - Update Employee ID
Select the ''Update Employee ID'' button

Step 3 - Choose File and Upload
Download the Template and fill out the information. Once ready, upload the file and select the Validation Deadline.


Note !
The Store Id requested can be located in the URL of the Store page. As shown below.
