Sales Contest Submission

Once you've made the sale, it's time to upload your receipt in the app to get your well-earned reward! Also, with our new feature, we allow you to submit Sales Incentive Submissions on behalf of your store colleagues. It helps improve team collaboration by ensuring that sales incentive tasks are completed promptly, even if a team member is unavailable.

The process closely mirrors a regular sales contest submission, with just a few minor adjustments/update that we implement. However, all the tips and requirements remain the same!

πŸ’‘ Pro tip: To ensure your receipts gets approved, please capture all angles of the receipt and make sure that the following information is provided.
​
- Date of transaction
- Invoice or transaction ID
- Eligible products
- Sales amount

❗ ​All Submissions:
​Before submitting, please ensure that all Patient /customer Sensitive Information is properly concealed. Failure to block out or cover up this information will result in rejection of your submission.


​Step 1 - Select your campaign
​
Chose the campaign you want to submit your receipts for, read through the instructions & once you're ready, click on "Submit Receipt(s)".
​
​Step 2 - Upload your receipt
Either chose a previously taken picture from your gallery, or take a new one within the campaign.​
​


​Step 3 - Answer the questions
You'll now encounter a couple of short questions, so that the brand gets a better understanding of what item you've sold & how much you've sold it for.

πŸ’‘ Pro tip: Select multiple items if more than one is applicable.
We'll count each item as an entry and reward you accordingly.

​Step 4 - Sales Assignment
Once your receipt/receipt are uploaded, and that you confirmed the item sold, you'll need to assign the sales. The sales can be assigned to you, or a colleague.
​
The process differs based on the number of receipts submitted. Each process is shown below.


❗ If all the sales on the receipt are yours, select "YES, ALL BY ME."

Single Receipt

Step 1 - Select who completed the sale

If some or all of the sales on the receipt weren't made by you, select "No, Assign Sellers "
​

​Step 2 - Select Sellers
Select the first seller for this receipt. You can add more sellers later if needed.
​
​


​
​Step 3 - Assign Items
Assign each item sold by this seller by selecting the product and the corresponding amount.
​

Need to add more sellers? Select "Add Seller" If not, click "Finish Selection"
​

Step 4 - Additional Sellers
Similar to above, you can add as many sellers as needed, assign each item they sold, and select the product along with the corresponding amount. Once you've finished adding sellers, click "Finish Selection."

​Step 5 - Review
Once you've added all the sellers and assigned their sales, review the information to ensure it matches the receipt.

​Step 6 - Submit
Once everything is confirmed, swipe to submit. The submissions done for the other sellers will now be linked to their account, and they will get the reward once approved.

Step 1 - Select who completed the sale
