We've now added the ability for store / department managers to submit entries in brand sales contests on behalf of their team, all while providing associates the individual rewards they earned! This is exclusively for ENDVR For Retailers (there is no cost to become one!).
Please be aware that rewards are often limited, so it is recommended to complete your submissions as soon as possible and not wait until the end of the campaign to submit.
Step 1 before you get started is to make sure your entire team has downloaded the app and joined your store. They will need to have done that in order to be included in a web submission.
The Process to submit
1) Click on Submissions in the left-hand menu
2) Here you will see a list of all the sales contests currently available for your store. Search fo the one you'd like to submit for and click participate.
3) Here you will find all the contest details, and can start submitting! First thing, upload a picture of your sales report
4) Then choose the date range for all sales on this report. Confirm how many total units of eligible pairs were on it, and what the total sales amount of all eligible product (the sum).
5) Next steps is select your colleagues that participated.
First clock on Edit.
A modal will open where you can choose the participants. Remember, they must have already downloaded the app and joined your store to appear on this list.
6) The system will automatically evenly split sales amongst all selected employees. You can modify based on actual sales.
7) Finally you just need to let them know what you sold. Click on Edit.
This will open a new modal. Choose all eligible products on your sales report.
Now you can give an approximate break-down of what models were sold. Again, the system will evenly divide, but you can update as needed.
Now all you need to do is submit!
Once done, employees will get notified that it's been submitted, and when approved!
