We've now added the ability for store / department managers to submit entries in brand sales contests on behalf of their team, all while providing associates the individual rewards they earned! This is exclusively for ENDVR For Retailers (there is no cost to become one!).
Please be aware that rewards are often limited, so it is recommended to complete your submissions as soon as possible and not wait until the end of the campaign to submit.
❗ Before getting started, ensure your entire team has downloaded the app and joined your store. This step is necessary for them to be included in a web submission.
The Process to submit
Step 1 - Click on Submissions in the left-hand menu
Step 2 - Available contest
Here you will see a list of all the sales contests currently available for your store. Search for the one you'd like to submit for and click participate.
Step 3 - Contest details
On the right-hand side, you'll find the contest details, including the brand behind the campaign, the amount per entry, the time remaining, and the prizes or rewards.
Step 4 - Submit your Sales report
Please note that the following need to be display
- Date of the report
- Amount of item sold
- Price/Totals per Item sold
- Store Name
Step 5 - Sales Report Details
Confirm the sales dates, number of units sold, and total sales amount. These must align with your sales report.
Step 6 - Sales Distribution
Please select the employees who are involved with these sales
A modal will open where you can choose the participants. Remember, they must have already downloaded the app and joined your store to appear on this list.
Step 7 - Sales Breakdown
The system will automatically evenly split sales amongst all selected employees. You can modify based on actual sales.
Step 8 - Item selection
Finally, you just need to confirm the item that were sold.
This will open a new modal. Choose all eligible products on your sales report.
Now you can give an approximate break-down of what models were sold. Again, the system will evenly divide, but you can update as needed.
Step 9 - Submit
Now all you need to do is submit!
