We’ve enhanced the wallet experience to support multiple currencies, making it easier and faster to add funds—no more dealing with conversion hassles.
You can now:
✅ Top up your wallet in CAD, EUR, GBP, MXN, BRL, AUD & more
✅ Get receipts and reports in your chosen currency
✅ Enjoy quicker top-ups and a smoother onboarding process
To switch currencies, just go to Brand Settings. Your selected currency will automatically appear when adding funds.
❗ NOTE : This is only available for Credit Card Top up
The following steps will help you along the way, from where to go to add the money, to how to do so!
Step 1 - Homepage
From your Brand Portal, you may select the Payment Settings Tab
Step 2 - Adding Money
Select '' + Add Money ''
Step 3- Amount
Enter the amount you wish to add to your wallet and select '' Next ''
Step 4 - Payment Method
Select ''Pay With Credit Card''
Step 5 - Credit Card
Credit card payments are one of the most common and fastest ways to add money to your wallet. Simply input your card details and approve the payment!
❗ Please note that all credit card payments will incur a 3% processing charge.
