The "Answer Question" feature allow you to engage directly with in-store staff - Answer their questions about your brand or products and provide helpful guidance when they need it most.
Answer Questions
From your Brand profile page, scroll down to access the "Answer Questions" feature.
Step 1 - My Questions
Here, you'll find all pending, answered (ongoing discussions), and resolved questions.
Step 2 - Answer Questions
Click on the question you want to revisit. A window will pop up displaying the question, giving you the option to write your response.
Step 3 - Additional Questions / Unresolved
The user can mark the question as solved, but if their query remains unanswered, they can submit a new question or clarify, allowing you to provide a follow-up answer.
