This feature keeps sales incentives on track by letting managers submit entries on behalf of their team or allowing teammates to step in when someone’s unavailable—ensuring consistent participation and smoother collaboration.
❗Note: This feature is reserved for specific users within a store and will only be available to them.
💡 Pro tip: To ensure your receipts gets approved, please capture all angles of the receipt and make sure that the following information is provided.
- Date of transaction
- Invoice or transaction ID
- Eligible products
- Sales amount
Select your campaign
Chose the campaign you want to submit your receipts for, read through the instructions & once you're ready, click on "Submit Receipt(s)".
Upload your receipt(s) or Sales Report
With this feature, you can upload a single receipt or a sales report and assign sales to one or multiple teammates.
We also support bulk uploads, allowing you to submit multiple receipts at once. However, each receipt can only be assigned to one user. If multiple sales associates contributed to items on a single receipt, we recommend using the single upload method instead.
To upload a receipt or sales report, you can either select an existing photo from your gallery or take a new one directly within the campaign.

Step 1 - Answer the questions
You’ll now answer a few quick questions to help the brand understand what you sold and the amount if was sold for (Pre Tax). You may select one or multiple Items
Step 2 - Summary
Review the details before submitting. When you're ready, tap the icon in the bottom right corner to assign the sale to someone else.
Step 3 - Select the Sellers
Select Seller #1. All employees with an account in your store will be displayed here, allowing you to assign sales to them.
Step 4 - Select the Items Sold
Assign the item sold by this seller.
Step 5 - Repeat Process
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for each seller until all items are assigned.
Step 6 - Review
Review the entries to make sure you've assigned the right items to the right employee/colleague.
Submit when Ready
Done, your colleagues will be notified of submissions made on their behalf

How will my colleague know I submitted a sale for them?
Once the entry is submitted, they’ll receive a notification in the app, and the entry will appear in their account.
Why can't I see this feature on my account?
This feature is currently reserved for Store Managers/Owners. If you are a Store Manager, but your role isn’t correctly reflected in the app, please contact support via the chat or email us at support@endvr.io.
