Brand Sales Rep Approval ✅

Your sales rep will request access to your brand through the ENDVR app.
This request must be approved by a brand admin in the Brand Portal to grant the rep the necessary access to use ENDVR on their phone.

Below are the steps to approve or reject a rep’s access request.


Step 1 - Open your Company settings
Click on your name, located in the bottom left corner, and select Company Settings

Step 2 - Sales Rep Requests
Select ''Sales Rep Requests'' which is located in the top right corner

Step 3 - Managing Sales Rep Requests
On this page, you can manage sales rep requests and oversee your team— including adding, removing, or assigning members to specific brands.

Step 4 - Set Visibility
When approving a request, you’ll be asked to set the rep’s visibility.
You have the following options:

  • All Stores

  • Specific Store(s)

  • Specific Group(s)

Note: The visibility you select here will determine what the rep can see in their app.
