ENDVR’s new “Ask a Question” feature offers a streamlined way to communicate in real-time between brands Admin, sales reps, and associates.
Sales associates can submit questions directly from the app—whether it's about products, campaigns, or brand stories—and receive timely answers from the right person. This feature creates a direct, trackable channel between brands and sales associates, ensuring questions are answered and frontline teams feel supported.
Unlike delayed email chains or rep-only tools, it gives associates immediate access to brand knowledge and support—right when they need it most.
Q&A Response Tab
This tab shows questions submitted by users that are awaiting a response. You can assign those question to ENDVR Team or reply to address these inquiries promptly.
Follow the steps below to learn how.
Step 1 - Locate your Questions
Questions asked by the Sales Associates can easily be located under the Q&A Response tab, which is located on the left hand side menu.
You can view questions that are still open, those that have been answered, and those that have been marked as resolved.
Step 2 - Taking action on the Questions
Select the question you’d like to answer, or forward it to ENDVR if it’s related to the app rather than your brand.
Already Answered question can be found under the ''Answered'' tab or the ''Resolved'' Tab
The Answered tab contains questions that have been answered but are awaiting user confirmation or additional follow-up.
Selecting "See All Messages" lets you review the entire conversation, including your responses and the associate’s questions.
