How to Use the Q&A Feature in-App

Managing and Responding to Questions from the App

We’ve introduced an exciting update to the ENDVR app to enhance your connection with the user that sell your Brand! You can now use the Ask a Question feature directly on the Brand Page to communicate with the sales Associate. Fantastic, right?​


Step 1 - Choose your Brand
In your Brand tab, select the brand for which you’d like to answer a question.



Step 2 - Select Ask a Question
Click the '' Answer Questions '' button to open the conversations


Step 3 - Monitoring your Questions
Once you've clicked on the "Answer Questions", your ''Inbox'' will be displayed, showing your Answered, Solved and Pending questions. From there, you can look at the answered questions and reply to the pending ones.

Step 4 - Answer a question
To answer a question, select one that’s marked as pending. You can then type your response at the bottom and send your reply.


Additional Questions
If a user sends more questions, they’ll appear in the same thread. You can reply to them just like you did with the original message.
