Steps to Change the End Date
Step 1 - Log in to your Brand Portal
Select your Campaigns Tab
Step 2 - Locate your Campaign
Navigate to the Live Campaigns section and select the campaign for which you want to update the End Date
Step 3 - Update The Campaign End Date
Locate the Three dots and click the Change End Date button. Update it to the desired new date—either earlier or later.
Step 4 - Send a Newsfeed to notify retailers of the updated campaign end date.
Notification ensures retailers are aware of the timeline change so they can adjust in-store promotions, communicate with customers accurately, and maximize campaign engagement. It also keeps internal teams aligned and prevents confusion.
