How are my usage limits set?
Your campaign and usage limits are determined based on the terms of your selected plan. These limits ensure your activities remain within the scope of your subscription and align with your agreed usage.
What happens when I reach the total sales limit for my plan?
A campaign will automatically pause once the brand reaches the set limit for any of the following criteria:

Once your plan reaches its total sales limit, your campaign will automatically stop.
You can choose to:
Upgrade your plan to increase the sales limit by contacting Sales, or continue with our Pay As You Go Pricing.
Wait until the next billing cycle, when the limit resets automatically.
📊 Note: All campaign data remains accessible even after the campaign stops.
What are the types of plans available?
There are two types of plans:
Prepaid (Subscription)
Brands pay upfront for a set period (e.g., monthly or annually).
Campaign benefits stay active until the billing cycle ends.
No additional fees apply beyond the prepaid amount.
Postpaid (Pay-As-You-Go)
Brands are billed based on usage at the end of the billing period.
Campaigns stop immediately if the plan is cancelled.
Charges apply only up to the cancellation date.
Visibility in the App
When a campaign is paused:
It is temporarily removed from the app, meaning users will no longer see or access it.
Once the plan is upgraded and the campaign is reactivated, it will automatically become visible again to users.
Can I add or remove stores after launching a sales incentive campaign?
No, once a Sales Incentive campaign is live, it’s not possible to add or remove stores. Please ensure all intended stores are selected before launching the campaign.
💡 Tip: If you need to make changes after launch, we recommend duplicating the campaign, updating the store list, and launching it as a new campaign.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
If you cancel your plan, all data associated with that specific plan, including campaigns, missions, and related content, will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
After the billing cycle ends:
The data tied to that plan will be permanently deleted (with no backup available).
Data linked to other active plans will not be affected.
OR
Contracted Plans:
Stay active until the end of the billing period.
No refunds or partial credits are issued.
Pay-As-You-Go Plans:
Campaigns are paused immediately.
Charges apply based on usage until the moment of cancellation.
What are “Active Stores”?
Active stores are locations that have at least one user who submitted any activity (for any brand) in the past 90 days.
These stores count toward usage limits when plan restrictions are based on stores.
What are “Claimed Stores”?
Claimed stores are locations that a brand activates by running a campaign — essentially moving them from inactive to active.
Once a store is claimed, these stores don’t count toward plan limits for a period of one year, giving the store remain active within that year.
Note -
If the store become inactive, the store will go back as unclaimed
When are stores counted toward plan charges?
Active Stores: Count immediately if they meet the 90-day activity rule.
Claimed Stores: Exempt from charges for one year after activation.
What happens after the claimed store’s acquisition period ends?After the one-year acquisition period, the store will begin counting toward plan usage and limits if it remains active.
How do I track which associates completed the learning modules?
You can track learning module completion directly from your ENDVR dashboard.
The reporting tools provide detailed insights, including:
Which associates have completed each module
Quiz scores and assessment results (if applicable)
Progress toward earning associated rewards
Tip: You can export these reports for record-keeping or to review team performance over time.
