The newsfeed tool is a powerful way to connect with your users directly from your dashboard. With just a few steps, you can start interacting and reaching hundreds, even thousands, of users! Here’s a simple guide to get you started:
Step 1 - Locate and open your Communication Center
Step 2 - Select the Newsfeed tab
Step 3 - Click on '' Create Post ''
Pro Tip💡
Don't forget to unpublish the Newsfeed when the information is not relevant anymore! We don't want to Hype user on a campaign that does not exist anymore. (This can be done when selecting the dots next to the newsfeed)
Step 4 : Complete the required information

Description (1500 Characters)
Select the Stores / Dealers that you want to target with this post.
URL (Most Likely your own website or product you're referring to)
Link a campaign
Define clearly the incentives and/or prizes associates will receive when successfully completing tasks or reaching campaign objectives. Providing appealing rewards can significantly boost engagement.

You can now schedule Newsfeed posts in advance. This allows you to plan content ahead of time, control when posts go live, and stay consistent without needing to publish manually.

After your Newsfeed post goes live, the Post Report lets you track its performance and manage community engagement in real time. It provides detailed insights into how your content drives campaign traffic and enables you to moderate social interactions effectively

You can manage post visibility, update content in real time, retain historical performance data, and see exactly who saw their content, when, where, and whether it’s linked to a campaign, ensuring accuracy, reach, and alignment with their goals.
You also have access to Analytics on two card, which visualize engagement trends over a 7-day period:
Impressions (Reach)
Total Views: Number of times the post appeared on users’ screens.
Trend Chart: Daily fluctuations to identify peak engagement days.
Clicks (Engagement)
On Campaign: Clicks tied to the main campaign goal.
On Link: Clicks on supplemental or external URLs.
Date Filter: Analyze performance over custom date ranges.
Why it matters: You can now track which posts are capturing attention and driving meaningful interactions, and adjust strategy accordingly.
