Why invite a new brand?
Inviting a brand to ENDVR allows your store to unlock new training, incentives, and campaigns. Once a brand joins and connects with your store, they can launch educational content, sales incentives, and you staff can earn more rewards directly through the platform. This helps keep your brand partnerships centralized in one place and ensures your staff can fully benefit from available opportunities.

How to Invite a New Brand to ENDVR
Inviting a new brand can now be done directly in the app. See the steps below to learn how
Step 1 - Accessing the Invite Flow
On your Homepage Locate the "Bring More Brands to Your Store" banner and tap the Invite Brand button.
Step 2 - Searching and Connecting
Once on the "Invite a Brand" screen, start typing the brand name in the search field.
Existing Brands: As you type, a list of brands already on ENDVR will appear below.
If you see the correct brand, tap the orange Connect button on their card.
No Match Found: If the brand does not appear in the search results, you will proceed to the invitation form.
Step 3 - Searching and Connecting
If the brand is not on the platform, you can invite them by providing their contact details
Brand Name: Enter the full name of the brand.
Contact Email: Enter the email for the brand’s sales rep or manager.
Contact Name: Enter the name of the person you work with.
Contact Role: Select their role (e.g., Brand Sales Rep) from the dropdown.
Tap Submit.
Step 4 - Confirmation & Campaign Requests
After submitting, you will see the "Brand Invitation Sent" confirmation screen.
Request a Campaign (Optional): A pop-up may appear asking if you'd like to request a specific campaign type (e.g., Sales Incentive, Digital Education) from this brand immediately.
Select the Campaign Type from the dropdown.
Tap Request Campaign or Skip for Now.
