You submitted the report, we processed it, now your team gets paid. Distributing rewards is a separate step from submitting your sales, and it is the step that actually puts money in your associates' hands. Nothing is paid out until you do this.

💰 How to Distribute Rewards

Step 1 - Check that your report is processed

In your Retailer Portal, go to Retail Network > My Stores, then select your store.

Open the Submit Sales tab in your store and look at the Status column. Once your report reads Processed, the rewards are ready for you to distribute.

Step 2 - Open your store

Go to Retail Network > My Stores, then select the store you are distributing rewards for.

Step 3 - Find your campaign

Open the Campaigns tab and find the campaign you want to distribute rewards for. You can search by campaign or brand name, and filter by Campaign Status.

💡 Tip: Campaigns with rewards waiting are flagged with a red Action Required label, so scan for that first.

Step 4 - Click Distribute

Under Rewards, each reward shows:

The reward value, for example 15.00 USD
Total Allocated, which is what has gone out so far
To be distributed, which is what is still sitting there waiting

If there is anything left to distribute, click Distribute.

Step 5 - Choose how to divide it

The Distribute Reward window shows your Remaining budget at the top right and every associate at the store underneath, each with their own amount field.

You have two ways to divide it:

Split it evenly. Turn on Distribute Evenly and we fill in the same amount for everyone. The footer updates to show how many people are selected.

Set the amounts yourself. Leave Distribute Evenly off and type an amount next to each person you want to reward. Anyone left at 0.00 gets nothing.

💡 Note: Even splits rarely land on a round number. If your budget doesn't divide cleanly, a small remainder is left over and stays on the campaign for you to hand out later.

Step 6 - Confirm

Once you are happy with the split, click Distribute. The button stays greyed out until at least one person has an amount.

💵 What happens to leftover rewards

Anything you didn't hand out stays on the campaign. The reward card updates to show the smaller amount still To be distributed, and the Distribute button is still there whenever you want to finish the job.

⚠️ Heads up: Leftover rewards don't go anywhere on their own. If you don't come back and distribute them, your associates don't get that money.

Click Details on the reward card to see which associate received which amount, and when it went out.
